Generational differences are clear in organic food consumption in the UK. According to a recent survey,
millennial respondents were the most likely to state that they eat organic food, while Generation X were the least likely. Some of the
leading organic food brands based on awareness amongt UK consumers were Yeo Valley Organic, Ella's Kitchen, and Meridian. Almost 70 percent of respondents knew of the dairy company Yeo Valley Organic when surveyed.
